While it's important to have a clear view of the qualifications you're looking for and the kind of person that would suit your culture, we'd like to suggest you remain open to people that might not fit that mould at first glance. It's the random encounters challenging your preconceptions, that enrich Speed Recruiting more than conventional recruiting methods.

Bring a 'wingman/wingwoman'

Need a second opinion or just moral support? Why not bring another member of the team along! 
To avoid overwhelming the candidates, we usually limit add-on team members to one person unless it's a special event for bigger teams.
